Leaving a 1 star review after canceling this booking 4.5 hours before the job started due to a lack of communication. I posted the job with two days notice and Isabella responded right away, we exchanged numbers and I booked her the next day. I tried texting and messaging her after we confirmed the booking multiple times to schedule a quick phone chat to discuss the booking and vet her as we're leaving our young kids alone for the first time with her, we did not get a response. I had to cancel this booking last minute which screws us out of childcare for the evening as we don't have time to find a replacement. We were looking forward to a night out for the first time in months, I'm 1 month post partum with my son (who were were taking with us) and was looking forward to a nice dinner with my husband. I'm disappointed in the lack of professionalism and responsiveness from Isabella. We need someone who takes the job seriously and require a level of communication and accountability that was not demonstrated.
