Hello there, My name is Ismat but most would call me, Amy. I live in Escondido and I have 29 years worth of experience as a nanny. Where do I start, she is very good with our daughter. From our very first meeting, I had a great connection with Ismat, she goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. We are very happy that she is with our family, we love her very much. 

Where can I start, she has truly been such a great person, loving and caring not only to my daughter but to my family as well. She jumps right in an help without even asking. Not only is she a great caregiver but she is a great chef.

Ismat is absolutely wonderful!  She worked with our family for two years before we had to move, unfortunately. Upon interviewing for a nanny, it was important for us to have someone who is trustworthy, experienced, energetic, interactive with my children, and can help with pickups/drop-offs...lets just say, Ismat is all of that and more. I always had peace of mind with Ismat taking care of my children. My son would jump with joy each time she walked through the door. Ismat was really good about keeping them entertained and loved taking them to story time at the local library. She's Mary Poppins!

Ismat is the most dependable, trustworthy, caring, professional, respectful, and compassionate babysitter there is. My mom hired her for me from when I was a baby and into my younger years and I couldn't be more grateful for that! Finding a babysitter is a hard process because you are entrusting someone with your child, which is why I can reassure you that you will not find a better babysitter than Ismat. Ismat is a hard worker who will ensure your child is safe and well taken care of while you are away. I can't say enough amazing things about her. To this day, I call her my second mom growing up because she truly went above and beyond when taking care of me. I still remember her playing Barbie Dolls with me when I was bored playing alone, and making me the best food to eat! I love her so much and truly do not leave reviews unless someone is this exceptional as her. :)

My wife and I hired Ismat to help with sleep training our daughter. We had tried the books and were just hitting a real sticking point.  Ismat brought her professionalism and expertise and helped us successfully sleep train our daughter in a matter of days.  It was a real joy and we have continued to hire Ismat intermittently ever since.  I would highly recommend her services to those with babies/toddlers.

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Ismat A. as a babysitter. She watched my children over the summer and it was a joy to have her. Ismat is really good with kids. She took care of my son and I never had to worry about him. There was not once that I called from work to inquire about his well being - that the level of care and confidence she had developed. She was helpful in preparing mashed meals when my son was young which meant I exactly knew what kind of food my child was going to eat. She never over-indulged by giving too many treats and as he grew up she made sure that the food made for him was given to eat. As he grew she too him to library and strolls outside. She also helped potty train him which was extremely helpful. We were lucky to have her take care of my son.

Ismat, or as my family calls her Amy, is the most amazing human, nanny, sitter I could have ever hoped to have entered my life.  We hired her to be a night sitter for my newborn.  I had a deployed husband, a sick dad, and a 2 yo to take care of so sleep was definitely necessary.  Amy is kind, caring and compassionate about what she does.  She has so many decades of experience she has seen it all.  We used her for about 6 weeks and she had my baby sleeping through the night.  I have also called her back on occasion, and when my family was sick with the stomach bug she came to our rescue and took care of my newborn through the night while I was so sick.  I'm able to consider Amy family now and anyone who will hire her will have an amazing human looking after their children.

Known Ismat for many years as friend and babysitter for my son knowing her as very detailed and oriented person and reliable. Ismat always has a smile on the face and lots of Knowledge dealing with kids all ages. She always goes out of her way to help with kids and family. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a nanny.

Ismat was everything you can ask for from a nanny and more! Anyone who has ever had kids knows that raising your first baby can be extremely difficult, let alone twins!  My wife and I were so blessed to have  Ismat (Amy) in our lives to help take care of and raise our two baby boys. I say raise because Amy was our nanny for 3 years and was a big part of our children's lives and their amazing development. We always felt at peace whenever we would leave our kids with Amy and she made everything feel so stress free. I was blown away by how loving Amy was and the liking that the twins took to her. Amy always went above and beyond and was so much more than a nanny. She took care of them like they were her own and the kids saw her as their second mother. Words cannot express the love and appreciation that we have for Amy. Still to this day, we believe that she was our family's guardian angel sent from above!

A responsible and reliable woman, with strong integrity, especially concerning family values. I have known her for over twenty years, having seen her compassion for others and ability to take charge when necessary. Wherever she works for they are always thankful and grateful for her efforts.

Amy took care of my son D. starting when he was 5 months old all the way till he started daycare when he was 2. Soon after we started working with her we started to see her as part of our family. She was always very patient with D., he adored her. I'm working from home so I had the chance to observe them, they were playing fun, age-appropriate games together, he was fast asleep with the afternoon naps with Amy. While he's sleeping she was also cooking for him healthy recipes... She was also taking him out to play in the playgrounds, they were attending classes at public libraries with other kids. D. is 3.5 now and he grew to be a very independent, cheerful kiddo. Amy's role is big in this. She's punctual and reliable. She knows what she's doing and has a special way to connect with kids!

Ismat was absolutely amazing with my children. Definitely recommend her to anyone that's skeptical of a care giver. She gives off a radiant motherly vibe.

Ismat was a great nanny; she helped me Taking care of my five children at the time I was working full time and going to school. she was always on time very professional and flexible. She  always been there when we needed her the kids loved her and enjoyed having her around. She is full of love, energy and happiness. Her smile was contagious. 
The kids loved having her around. It has been years since she left us since the kids are older now however, they always talk about her, and remember stories while she was babysitting them. 
They still in contact with her, my oldest Daughter who is 26 now,  still call her and contact her before she even calls me to ask  about things and to vent at times. 
We miss her so much.
