Was consistently late to a daily appointment that we had with our son from 1-4 M-F. Our son goes to half day preschool and Ivana was to watch him for 3 hours. She would never engage our son to play with him and was found on her phone multiple times. When we gave her feedback regarding all of these things she responded with sending us a message that she would be quitting. no notice, no two week, she just quit. Does not have reliable transportation and is just not a good baby sitter.
