I would highly recommend Ivana. She is an extremely caring, highly experienced, knowledgeable, dependable, and all-around wonderful caregiver. Additionally, her references checked out, and she was punctual and super easy to talk to over the phone and very professional during the in-person interview. She is confident in her role; she takes time to effectively communicate and build the best relationship with your child and your family. It's hard finding the "right fit" when it comes to childcare. I was so glad that I came across Ivana's profile and we will definitely be using her again. Super sweet person!
