Ivana was more like family than a nanny in the year we hired her to care for our infant son. She was so warm, loving - yet incredibly detail oriented, meticulous and proactive. She also cared for not just our son but our entire home! Our son started daycare at age 1 but we will never forget the year we had with her and I still keep well in touch (again she became like family).
