About Ivanna

Ivanna has been an essential part of our "care community" since our son was 3 months old. She is the rare caregiver who is both a consummate professional and a natural nurturer. We are only parting ways because we are moving our son to daycare; and we intend to keep her in our lives and continue that relationship she forged with my son. Ivanna was a true "thought partner" for me, helping manage schedules and navigating everything from sleep regressions to illnesses with a calm, nurturing demeanor. Even while I worked from home, she made my life easier by providing live updates and photos, and hearing my son's giggles with her throughout the day gave me total peace of mind especially for an infant. She is incredibly reliable (on time to the dot!), takes feedback with grace, and is deeply engaged in developmental milestones—He is already standing and hit his milestones early thanks to her singing, talking, and sensory play. She also proactively helped with laundry and tidying without being asked. Any family would be lucky to have Ivanna’s warmth and professionalism in their home. We will miss her tremendously!
