About Ixchel

Hello! My name is Ixchel, pronounced like seashell without the s-- (eashell). I was born and raised in Chicago! I'm a 21-year-old college student currently pursuing a career as a speech pathologist assistant! Im fluent in both English and Spanish and very proud of my Mexican heritage. I also love animals! My family even owns six cats of our own. I love to do activities that allow for creation such as cooking, baking, drawing, painting, etc. I also enjoy going on walks and dancing! I feel that it is important to foster a child's unique skills, talents and abilities whilst also providing them with the information and education needed in order for them to be able to thrive and navigate our world! I also believe strongly in respecting the cultures, traditions, and customs that is apart of each unique family.
