About Jacob

Hello! I'm Jacob: I'm a Grinnell College graduate with a major in psychology, and nearly seven years of job and volunteer experience working with ages 3-90. In my work, I emphasize respect, independence, and flexibility. No two people are alike, and so care plans should follow suit. Through coordination with families- and other care staff, where applicable- I work to make a meaningful and positive impact in the lives of those I care for.
