About Jacqueline

This is just a small bio of my professional experience in the working field as a dementia and Alzheimer caregiver, although my personal experience dates back to when I was just an 8-year-old child who used to help out an elderly neighbor who suffered from dementia, and epileptic seizures. She taught me to crochet, and in return I kept her company. My professional experience is this; Experienced Alzheimer's and dementia caregiver. Provided non-medical in-home care and assistance for seniors and disabled adults. Current certification in First Aid. Closely worked with and monitored patients suffering from Alzheimer's disease. Provided cooking, cleaning, and companionship. Full incontinence care, showering, feeding meals, handing out medications, and charting. Implemented physical activities for movement, and mental stimulation. Demonstrated unwavering patience and understanding; diffused extremely anxious and traumatic situations for confused patients.
