I'd describe my personality as caring, personable, filled with life experiences that help me care for children and adults. I like caring for seniors because I enjoy understanding their needs and supporting them to make sure they are safe, happy and secure. I'm looking for a job that allows me to help families and their loved in need of care and support I started caring for seniors when I had an immediate family member diagnosed with terminal cancer and was placed on hospice. I became his full time caregiver. I have 10 years experience as an early childhood teacher and caregiving for families. In my spare time, I like to travel to new places, go to theater shows, movies, day trips and trying new restaurants. I love to cook and spend time with my three grandchildren and family. One thing you should know about me is I truly understand the challenges of balancing life, careers and caring for children/family. My skills include time management, communication and collaboration.
