About Jacqueline

I started creating a positive impact on children at a young age by helping my grandma teach at her preschool starting in grade school and continuing throughout my school years. I have a college degree in psychology and have done coursework in early and elementary child education. I have one year of experience substitute teaching all grade levels and ESE. Throughout my life, I have been the go-to caregiver for family and friends. My own son is 19 and attending college, and I helped raise my 3 stepchildren whom are all out of the house and living successful adult lives. I now help raise my 2 grandkids, 4 and 7. My gift to new mothers in my family is a year of weekend childcare and I have done this for my stepdaughter and 2 nieces successfully. I am outgoing and silly with children, but I can enforce rules as parents see fit to do so. I am happy to communicate in any reasonable way set forth by the parent. I am looking for part-time work. I am CPR and first aid certified.
