About Jade

I'd describe my personality as happy, energetic, and intelligent. I love working with children because I know the benefit in learning who they are and facilitating all things that support their unique and individual development. I am a Reggio-Emilia inspired teacher for 2-6-year-olds and a RIE/Pikler infant caregiver. I have time on the weekends to help families with their busy schedules. I started working with children when I was 13 years old. As I matured I began to take classes to educate myself about child development and early childhood education. In my spare time, I like to do yoga, hike, and cook healthy meals. One thing you should know about me is I am playful, organized, attentive, communicative, supportive, and grateful to help children develop. My skills include observing the needs of a child, making a plan to support them socially/emotionally and cognitively, following the family plan and schedule, and cooking and feeding the family and the children.
