About Jade

Hi families! My name is Jade, and I'm a compassionate, bubbly, and dependable caregiver! I'm a proud UNC Charlotte graduate with eight years of babysitting experience and over two years of professional childcare experience as a lead toddler teacher. I'm also a Certified Nursing Assistant with CPR and BLS certifications. I love creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. My classroom experience has taught me the importance of patience, creativity, structure, and understanding each child's individual needs. I enjoy planning activities, encouraging independence, and building genuine relationships with the families I work with. My goal is to be more than just a babysitter. I want to be someone your children look forward to seeing and someone you can trust to care for them like family!
