I started caring for seniors after my mother passed away from brain cancer in 2011. She had not received proper care, and I was unaware of what proper hospice care was at that time. When my father passed away two years later from a broken heart, I dedicated my life to ensuring all of my clients receive the care they deserve and in a place that is familiar to them on their terms. I am compassionate, patient, and strong for you. I am able to understand and share clients' experiences and feelings by putting myself in their shoes. A good start to quality care is provided when a caregiver is able to anticipate the needs of the client/family in a timely manner. Jaelyn is very dedicated to her job and mainly to her clients. She is compassionate, respectful, courteous and caring. When my husband had a stroke, we needed help, mainly so I could get a break and have some time with my family. And Jaelyn came into our lives. Jaelyn spends 3-4 hours each afternoon while I’m away. We have used her several times for in home care and I have always felt my husband was well cared for and my husband has enjoyed having her in our home. Jaelyn has cooked for him, prepared his bed, cleaned his bathroom and made sure he had what he needed for the next day. We are blessed to have found Jaelyn
