About Jahaira

I'm a nurturing and experienced caregiver currently working in a Montessori school, where I support children's independence, curiosity, and love of learning. I bring that same approach into my caregiving by creating a calm, respectful environment where children can explore and grow at their own pace. I also follow RIE (Resources for Infant Educarers) principles, especially with infants and toddlers, focusing on respectful communication, secure attachment, and allowing children to be active participants in their daily routines. I'm patient, attentive, and intentional in my care, prioritizing emotional development just as much as physical and cognitive growth. I value building strong, trusting relationships with both children and families, and I strive to create a consistent, safe, and supportive space where every child can thrive.
