Jaileen has been so great- I have a 5 year old on the spectrum and a 3 year old and she has managed to keep both of them from my workspace 90% of the time (amazing!). She is punctual and if she cannot be on time she communicates immediately. My kids adore her even my ASD son (and he is picky!)
