This individual applied for my job had a interview scheduled a week ago. She did not call. She did not show up later. She responded that she had issues with her phone and she was still interested. I rescheduled her interview for today at 11:30 and again she did not call and she did not show up. Red flags if this is how she is conducting business, then there’s no need to hire her i’m just saying. Caregiving is a unique job that requires you to be there on time and be dependable. Otherwise clients are not able to get out of bed or start their day.
