About Jaimie

I have 8 years of experience working with children from newborns to teens and hold Early Childhood Education certificates from Renton Tech. I am trained in First Aid, CPR/AED, blood-borne pathogens, Safe Sleep, and Washington State DCYF childcare requirements. I also hold a Food Worker Card, and have a current TB screening. My experience includes caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and Pre-K children as a teacher, nanny, babysitter, kindergarten summer program assist, and Sunday school teacher. Coming from 5 generations of educators inspired my passion for teaching and nurturing children. I believe education goes beyond academics and strive to teach kindness, empathy, respect, confidence, integrity, strong character, and compassion while encouraging children to speak up for themselves and others. I am excited to bring my experience and passion for teaching to a nanny position, and support each child's individual development, and help them grow into confident, caring people.
