About Jamie

Hello! My name is Jamie and I am a 22-year-old student graduating from the University of Washington this June. I'm originally from Issaquah, Washington, but have lived in Seattle since I started at UW in 2021. I also lived in New Zealand for a year after graduating high school, as I am a dual citizen with half my family being Kiwi's. From a young age, I've had a passion for working with children. This passion was reignited when my sister had her baby boy two and a half years ago. Since he was born, I've had the joy and pleasure of helping raise him, which has not only made us very close but also solidified my love for child care. He helped me realize that I want to pursue nannying this summer. I bring a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible approach to child care, enriched by a lifetime of experience with kids of all ages. I'm excited to bring my love for engaging with children to your family, creating a positive and fun environment for your little ones and preteens!
