About Jamie

As a mother of 2 outstanding adults and with decades of experience, working with children and vulnerable populations, I approach each opportunity with compassion and love. I believe in providing care in ways that honor dignity, culture and individuality, prioritizing safety, respect and love. I hold a degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Sociology, which has guided me in navigating culture and tradition. (As an added bonus, thanks to living abroad for a few years, I also speak conversational Spanish, which allows me to connect with Spanish-speaking families and share language with children in fun and engaging ways.) I take time to understand each individual's story so our connection feels safe and genuine. Additionally, as a life-long pet mom and animal lover, I'm also comfortable with pets.
