About Janaiya Alicea

Hi! My name is Naiya, and I'm a 21-year-old college student pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Development. I have been caring for children since I was 13 years old and have several years of babysitting experience with children of different ages. I have also completed over 45 hours of Florida DCF training and am committed to providing safe, dependable, and nurturing care. I love creating fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities that help children learn and grow while making sure they feel supported and cared for. Whether it's arts and crafts, outdoor play, reading, helping with homework, or simply being a positive role model, I enjoy building meaningful relationships with the children and families I work with. I come from a large family, so caring for children has always been a natural part of my life. My long-term goal is to open my own daycare, and I am passionate about gaining experience and making a positive impact on children's lives.
