About Janaya

Hi, I'm Janaya, a licensed CNA with experience in senior care, supporting individuals with physical disabilities, mental health conditions, and cognitive conditions such as dementia and Alzheimer's disease. I'm CPR trained and have experience with incontinence care, wound care assistance, and mobility support. I also help with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship. I enjoy helping my clients stay physically active through walks or light exercises suited to their abilities and individual or family preferences. I prepare meals around their dietary needs and tastes, and take the time to understand each person's routines so they feel comfortable, respected, and supported.
