After 30 years in IT, I am thrilled to return to my first love--caring for children. I believe reading without character voices, music without goofy dances, and any day without crafting or exploring nature are crimes against childhood. Janel was so wonderful with our son! She is so attentive and playful. My son also learned so much from her (including some sign language!). They read a lot of books together and did a lot of creative activities. She was always willing to do things our way and learn about our parenting approach which I so appreciated. You would be lucky to have her helping your family!
