Janell is fabulous!! She was with our family for about 1 year, beginning when our children were 2.5 years old and 9 months old. She has tremendous experience and knowledge to share in all aspects of babies/toddlers, including potty training, nap adjustments, tantrums, eating habits, bottle weaning, development milestones, etc. and was so helpful with all of our children's transitions. With her experience, Janell is also completely respectful of parents' wishes/style, which made for an amazing balance in our home. She was always so gentle, calm, and loving with our kids. I always knew that my children were safe and well cared for when Janell was with them, and fully trusted her with all their care. "Janell days" were always days our kids looked forward to and we are so grateful for her time with our family! Highly, highly recommend!
