Jane is caring and competent. She lets us know when Mom has a problem or a need, and she proposes solutions for my sisters and I to consider. She organizes a variety of fun activities for she and Mom to do together, she takes Mom to basic doctor appointments, and makes sure Mom eats. Mom loves her! If Mom weren't moving to assisted living, we would keep Jane employed because we trust her judgment and she is so kind. She and Mom have a lovely relationship.
