I have been a CNA/ HHA for over 30yrs. My passion for nursing is very strong. Working in Geriatric, Pediatric and Hospice. I assist Geriatric patients with everyday living, ADL'S , feeding, rehabilitation including PT, OT, SP. My roll also included team leader, staffing coordinator. Working in Pediatric gave me joy being about to put a smile on kids face even during there darkest time. That included Working closely with Respiratory therapy, ventilators , trach care, feeding tubs. I went on to work with Suncoast hospice as a CNA , dietary aide eventually becoming a coming at cook. Hospice touch my heart. Getting to no the client and there family give me a lot of purpose. I learn how to help the family in there time of need going the extra mile to make sure the hole family knew there resources. Retiring in 2025 from hospice I continue to do private duty. I enjoy my work and I love helping family.
