For many years, I worked in a nursing home. I came to appreciate seniors during those years, and since. It has been some time since I worked in the nursing home, but I have experienced family members growing older and needing more from their families. My ex-husband's grandmother is approaching 103, and for the past several years has been retreating back, there is not a lot to do for her, she does walk and feed herself, but if that were not the case, I surely would be eager to pitch in and help, and that is how I feel about other seniors, and my willingness to pitch in and help.

Janice is wonderful! She has been a friend of mine for 5 years. She is a great mother to 2 of her own boys. She has watched my boys on several occasions with only positive feedback. I would highly recommend her as a nanny. :)
