Janice has been a full time nanny for our daughter for over 2.5 years. She started with our family when my daughter was just 6 months. She has become part of our family over the years and treats my daughter like her own grand-daughter. She loves my child so much and it really shows through the way she supports, nurtures, teaches, and interacts with her. Janice has never once showed up late, called in sick, or flaked during her time with us. She is incredibly reliable and responsible and is an excellent communicator. Janice is full of energy, positivity, and excitement. She has no trouble keeping up with my super active toddler! She finds joy in the little things in life and brings a positive attitude with her everyday - which was incredibly uplifting during those early months of sleep deprivation and exhaustion. She has always been a source of support in our home, not just to my child but also to my wife and I. She has supported us through scary moments with our daughter being sick. Always lending all the help she can while reassuring us everything will be OK. She is incredibly nurturing and flexible to whatever your family wants and needs. For example, she rocked my daughter to sleep and held her in her arms for naps when my daughter struggled with crib naps. As my daughter grew, Janice was a wealth of knowledge in each stage of development, helping my daughter with language development, physical milestones, learning to use the toilet, imaginative play, and shuttling her around to various activities and playgroups. She is also an excellent household manager - keeping track of activities, preparing meals, doing laundry and keeping my house in order. She is a domestic goddess, really! I really can’t say enough good things about Janice! We are incredibly sad that her time with us will come to an end as it’s time for my daughter to start a preschool program. Janice will always have a special place in our hearts and her next family will be luck to have her.
