Hi! My name is Janina, and I'm a compassionate, reliable caregiver with a background in occupational therapy and hand therapy. I bring both clinical knowledge and a warm, patient-centered approach to the care I provide. I specialize in supporting individuals who need help with daily routines, recovery, and maintaining independence. My experience in healthcare has given me strong skills in assisting with mobility, personal care, and structured routines, while always prioritizing comfort, safety, and dignity. I can offer consistent availability all day on the weekends and during the weekday - early mornings (6:00-8:30 AM) and evenings after 4:30 p.m. These time slots are ideal for helping with morning routines, school or work prep, evening transitions, meal support, companionship, and post-operative care. I'm especially interested in: • Post-surgery / post-injury support • Morning and evening routine assistance • Companion care • Light daily living support • Pet care (if needed)
