About Janina

I've always been passionate about working with children, and I decided to become a childcare provider to make a positive impact on their lives. My dream career goal is a pediatric nurse. I have 3 younger sisters all around age 9. I grew up watching my younger cousins and it is always a fulfilling role to help others. My calm and friendly personality allows me to connect easily with children and create a nurturing and safe environment. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, and I provide regular updates about their child's day. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and providing a structured routine for the children in my care. I also like to make learning fun and engaging in games, outdoor activities, and educational activities.
