About Janine

Hi! I have been assisting elderly for some time now. My usual duties include cooking, light housekeeping , medication management, driving to appts, laundry, companionship, engaging with games, walks/drives. I have assisted a few in the past and they have since moved into assisted living or nursing or passed. My most recent was with a man whose wife had early dementia. I helped them by cooking, laundry, medication management, driving to appts and companionship until his wife went to a nursing home. I then continued with him until he entered assisted living. I still would take him out certain days to appointments and antique stores which he enjoyed. He has since passed away. I also babysat for a number of years before assisting the elderly. This is a job I really enjoy doing and build a nice friendship with the person and their family. I have references and look forward to speaking with you!
