Hi! My name is Janise. I am a very reliable, patient, and creative person who has approximately 10 years of experience caring for children, from infants to teenagers. I have experience with kids who have autism, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy. With me, your children will receive appropriate care, and I'm willing to do additional tasks if requested. Personally, I'm an organizer, planner, and multitasker. With all my skills and experience, I'm able to provide a supervised, safe, and stable environment for your little ones. I also love being outdoors doing fun activities with kids like, going to the pool, the park, the zoo, the museum , etc.

With me and the wife being in our mid 20s, we have a lot of things we want to accomplish. Janice and her husband are hands down the best sitter we have came across. She is dependable, caring, and very easy to communicate with if you are new to Care.com I would highly recommend their service.

She is always punctual and reliable. We hired her the first time to give birth to our 3rd child and she made it happen that me and my husband could experience the birth. She treats every child with respect and love. I don't trust anyone. My kids feel loved and save with her.

We hired Janise for our as needed child care position.  We talked over the phone and through messages.  We also did a trial run for a few hours.  I agreed that it was best for Janise to watch our children at her home which turned out to be great as her home is easily accessible and not out of the way.  When I picked up the kids, they didn't want to leave :)  They asked that if we could make her their babysitter from now on.  Janise was and is lovely to work with, easily communicates, and we will definitely be referring people to her as well as using her in the future and when we need her.  Great choice!

Janise is honestly one of the most caring caregivers I have ever hired she was so attentive I left of course hidden cameras in my home while I worked twelve hours and I can sure say she was on time with feedings changing she even cleaned my home for me I am definitely staying with she even bring her cute nine month old son and him and my two year old was having all the fun she was down on the floor playing even in her knees chasing my boy and hers I swear I put this on my life this is the best one I have had so far I read the review form the young lady above and I am shocked because Janise is far from that I didn't make her wear a mask either in my home only when her and I spoke up close oh may I add this young lady can cook my boy won't even touch my food anymore I am grateful it didn't work out with her last caregiver because she is mine now and she is superb

I hired Janise and let her bring her baby to watch over mine. We started semi good we got along pretty well. Besides the fact she refused to use a mask after the first day, She only worked for me 3 day which two of them we had meeting with coworkers at my house cause I work from home and she did not like it. First day she come I happened to go to the kitchen and she was in the living room with her baby tv on and on her phone and head phones on and my child? Nowhere to be seen he was in the other side of the house alone so I got back to my work space and texted her to please keep an eye on him to take toys and her baby where he is at. Her excuse was that she was on a very important call with her mom and "couldn't hold her phone" cause it so difficult to do while sitting on the couch and her baby playing on the floor, and he wouldn't follow her around, like really? He don't know you why would he it's your job to follow him and try and get to have his trust! So on the 3th day she decided it was to uncomfortable because she was watched and that (is not okay at all) In her words that she felt more comfortable at her place cause she could do the thing she usually does. I wonder what that is since she can't while being "watched". On one of those day she left me son on his feeding chair almost an hour all he had for lunch was veggie chips and a drink I told her to feed him that for now... so when I saw he was till sitting after an hour and she was in the living room watching tv with her baby I texted her if he drank his milk? She said yes and THEN took him out. Saying that he was "still eating" okay if he was why are you not helping him so he won't sit there an hour long? I mean chips don't take that long. So when she said she would not come over anymore but will have My son over to care for him at her house she said she had done nothing to not trust her. So I told her those point as politely as possible giving her a tip that she need to work on that for future jobs. Who knows what else went on when I wasn't there. And she got offended and rude saying "I am very good at my job and I don't need anyone telling me otherwise" her exact word. I mean she was really nice at first and towards my son but I don't think she should have acted the way she did. Janise I really do appreciate the help you gave me but it's NOT okay to do those things and I tried my best to provide everything for you child offering snack and food for the both of you even told you to give me a list and I'd go buy it for you! I provide a ride from your home to mine a walker a car seat a baby carrier and a sleeping area and schedule. But no it was a sin that fact that you had to wear a mask even after I spook to my land lord and agreed you didn't have to anymore. So she quit by text the night before not giving no time or head up to seek for a new caregiver. Maybe you should have told me that you would only Care-give at your place. I'm sorry to do this but I have to let them know. God bless you and I hope your in home child care goes well.
