Jaqueline has a very warm and calming presence. She was wonderful with my twins, who were 6 months when she started with us. She took the initiative to engage them in a variety of activities and spent lots of time outdoors with them. They were very joyful in her care. She was also so helpful in preparing food for them when they were starting solids and keeping things tidy, which can be challenging with twins! She always kept her cool in stressful situations and made it look easy to take care of twin infants. We're lucky to have had her. Had she not moved far away, we would certainly have kept her longer.
