Great punctuality, always on time! Always very lenient and understanding when we needed her to stay an extra hour or so. Amazing with communication, don’t have to ask for updates and keeps us updated with photos as well. Plays really well with the kids and takes them to do activities when we ask. Cleans up messes made they made while she was there (and occasionally ours, so sweet coming home to no dishes) follows bedtime routines and has no problem getting them to sleep when she’s there late nights. Overall amazing, we love her and so do the kiddos!
