About Javion

Hi! I'm Javion, and I have 8+ years of experience working with kids through babysitting, after-school programs, summer camps, and recreation programs. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and I've worked with kids of all different ages and personalities. I've always had a really fun relationship with kids. I love joking around with them and finding ways to make them laugh and feel comfortable around me. I like being someone they actually look forward to seeing and remember long after I'm gone. At the same time, I know when it's time to be the adult and set boundaries. I'm patient, dependable, and good at balancing being fun with making sure kids are safe, respectful, and well cared for. I'm also big on communication and making sure parents feel comfortable and in the loop!
