I’m happy to recommend Jay based on the time she spent with our family caring for our two young boys. Jay (or Ms. Jay as we’ve warmly referred to her as) is a kind, patient, and thoughtful caregiver who cares about the children she works with. She was very attentive to our family’s values, particularly around encouraging learning, maintaining structure, and limiting screen time. She made a genuine effort to engage our younger child in activities like library visits and sports classes, and approached her role with a calm and caring presence. She would be a strong fit for a family looking for a nurturing, steady caregiver, particularly in an environment that aligns well with her pace. Our caregiver needs have shifted but we’d welcome Ms. Jay as a caregiver for our family in the future. We appreciate the care she has provided!
