I have had Jazmine as a Nanny for a few months now. At first hire she was on time, cared for the kids, took instructions well, and had a high attention to detail. I even increased her pay due to how well she worked with the kids and followed instructions. However, after the pay increase over several weeks Jazmine would habitually show up a few minutes late several times a week. It got to the point I was more surprised when she was on time than when she was late. She ALWAYS LEFT ON TIME THOUGH!! To the minute. On the last week of her employment with us, she was lazy to the point I felt nervous when I left the house.. that the kids would come to harm due to not being watched carefully. We did not part on good terms and I would caution any mother with small children. Older children over 7 would probably be perfectly fine but any child that needs constant interaction due to safety, potty training or other safety concerns would probably be disappointed.
