Jazmine started off very professionally, her background as a teacher and her thoughtful, kind tone stood out right away. She seemed like a great fit and expressed genuine interest in the role. Unfortunately, after a promising exchange, she stopped responding despite reading follow-up messages. While first impressions were strong, the lack of communication made it hard to move forward confidently.
