I hold a graduate degree, which informs my thoughtful approach to caregiving, and I maintain current CPR Training and First Aid Training. I am happy to assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, shopping, and transportation. When caring for those with memory needs, I am skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and adapting to changing routines.
