About Jeanna

I am an Occupational Therapy Assistant, End of life Doula and Grief Tender. Caring for seniors has been a calling since I was 7 years old, when my grandfather became ill. I have a natural gift for caregiving and bring compassion, patience, and respect to every person I serve. I am trauma-informed, experienced in sitting vigil, and volunteer with hospice and the Alzheimer's Association. I believe in honoring each person's dignity while providing meaningful companionship and support. As this may seem pretty dark, I am actually very fun and funny. I love people, including kids, and have a good perspective on promoting independence with individuals of all ages. Outside of caregiving, I enjoy cuddling my dog, spending time with my close-knit family, and traveling. I am artistic, and can crochet. I have a current passport and am comfortable serving as a travel companion, providing a caring and dependable presence, knocking off those bucket list goals.
