I needed Jeanille for daycare pickups and drops which I offered to pay her a higher rate because those days would involve more work than home days. She agreed to do one home day and one daycare day. On pay day she sends me a spreadsheet with her time down to seconds and tells me she thought she was getting paid the higher pay for both days. Now she is not responding. I even offered to pay the difference for her own error or hustling.
