I had another nanny back out last minute when I had temporary training for work and Jelena was kind enough to step in and take care of my two toddler boys. She was on time, communicative, patient and gentle with the kids and we came home to a clean house with art projects and baking having been done with the kids. I would highly recommend Jelena and would happily use her again for childcare!
