About Jelyssa
I've always been great with teaching math since I was in 6th grade. I earned my first job at age 11 tutoring students at my school. Now as an adult I periodically help my nieces with math homework during the school year and summer. Math comes naturally to me and I get excited when working on math problems even just for fun. I can help with the basics up to Algebra. Willing to review Geometry, Trigonometry, and Calculus if needed. I completed up to Calculus 3 in college 12 years ago. Love working with children and often can help them understand the best approach to a math problem and how to solve it based on the instructions. I'm old school. I've heard there's a new way of doing math, I'm open to it.
