About Jenelis

Hi! My name is Jenelis, and I'm a college student at St. John Fisher University studying Neuroscience and Behavior. I'm currently home in Manhattan for the summer and available for childcare through the end of August before I return to campus in September! I have over two years of childcare experience, including working as a camp counselor at Trinity School Camp, where I supervised and led activities for children in grades K-5, as well as providing consistent babysitting for a family over multiple years. I love working with kids as I love being part of their growth and creating a positive environment where they feel safe, supported, and confident. Through my experience as a camp counselor and babysitter, I've enjoyed helping children learn new things, express their creativity, and have fun while also making sure they feel cared for.
