Jenelle has been our nanny for 3 years. She has helped us raise 2 girls, and I am confident they would not be the little people they are today without her influence. It is easy to see Jenelle both enjoys working with kids and takes it seriously - she is always on top of milestones, pointing out patterns or behaviors, and conscious of what engages/interests each of my kids in their own unique way. As a first-time mom, it was a real relief to have someone with a ton of knowledge in the house to help me gain my footing and ease my anxiety. As a working mom, Jenelle is super reliable, always on time/early, and schedules her time off well in advance to minimize disruption. We also joke Jenelle is here for the parents as much as the kids! I can't tell you how often she says "did you eat breakfast?" or "didn't you say you had an appointment today?" - she keeps all of us on track My girls are heartbroken that their "Nelly" can't move to Ohio with us, and I envy the family who gets to scoop her up next!
