I strongly believe in open and consistent communication with parents. I provide regular updates about their child's day and promptly address any issues that arise, using the parents' preferred communication method. While I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, I do so in a gentle and understanding manner, ensuring that the children comprehend the reasoning behind the rules. From outdoor sports to educational games, I enjoy playing a wide range of games with children, catering to their interests and age groups.
