About Jenna

Hi there! My name is Jenna and I am a certified read to succeed elementary teacher with a background in both early childhood education (K-3) and elementary education (3-6). During my time as a teacher, I have learned so much about helping children become the best people they can be. I believe in the importance of building relationships with kids based on compassion and unconditional love. While it is crucial to implement logical consequences that help children reflect on bad choices, it is also vital that children know their mistakes will never impact their value or how much I care for them. Some things I am comfortable using my teaching background and knowledge of child development to help your child with include: language development, fine and gross motor skills, social emotional learning and emotion management, love and excitement for learning, and academics. I am a strong Christian, so I'm happy to fuse Bible stories and faith into our play and learning experiences if you wish!
