I hired Jenna to care for my 9 mo old and 2.5 yr old. She did a trial which went well and then had her first day. However, the second day she was supposed to work for me she called out at 130am for a family emergency. I understand that things can happen however, Jenna never answered or returned my calls which left me in a really difficult situation. She said she would get back to me and never did. I just wish there was better communication & more consideration. Disappointing.
