About Jennifer

I'm a compassionate psychosocial support professional dedicated to helping adults build structure, confidence, and independence through encouragement, accountability, and practical support. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, life transitions, chronic illness, and those working toward recovery goals. My focus is on helping clients establish healthy routines, improve self-care, stay motivated, manage overwhelming tasks, and build lasting independence. I also provide light meal prep, organization, companionship, medication reminders, errands, and virtual phone or video check-ins between visits for added accountability. My goal is never to take over someone's life, but to empower them with the tools, confidence, and support they need to thrive. I provide a nonjudgmental, dependable, and compassionate environment where clients feel respected, encouraged, and capable of reaching their goals.
