About Jennifer

I have a lot of experience caring for adults with health issues. My Dad is in his 90's and prior to my Mother's death, I helped in and out of hospital. My mother-in-law had 6 back surgeries and I helped her months at a time with all her daily needs: rehab, bathing, wound care, changing dressings, Dr. appointments, medicine organization/refilling/distribution. My father-in-law was wheel chair bound. I know how to use a Hoyer lift and transfer boards. After a stroke, I assisted w/ speech therapy, feeding, in/out of his chair w/ lift, teeth brushing etc. I'm great at hair-styling/cutting/make-up/nails and took care of those needs for everyone. I am passionate about making life "normal" for loved ones. I made "clothes covers" (not bibs) that look like regular shirts for dinner time. I also made cool bags and accessories for walkers/chairs!
